Job Summary Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to support Analytical Research & Development activities. The incumbent will be responsible for analytical method development, validation, reaction monitoring, method transfer, stability studies, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role will provide critical analytical support to both synthesis and formulation development teams.

Key Responsibilities Analytical Development & Support

- Provide analytical support to the Synthesis R&D; team through:

- Reaction monitoring

- Analytical method development

- Method validation and optimization

- Data interpretation and reporting
- Provide analytical support to the Formulation Development team through:

- Reaction monitoring

- Method development and validation

- Troubleshooting analytical challenges





Method Transfer & Validation

- Support analytical method transfer activities between laboratories and manufacturing sites.
- Ensure successful implementation and qualification of transferred methods.
- Prepare validation protocols, reports, and analytical documentation.

Stability Studies

- Support stability study programs by performing analytical testing and data evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records and analytical reports for stability samples.

Instrumentation & Compliance

- Operate, maintain, and calibrate analytical instruments as per SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, protocols, reports, logbooks, and SOPs.

Documentation & Reporting

- Record experimental observations and analytical data accurately.
- Prepare technical reports, method validation documents, calibration records, and study summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.

The Person Required Technical Skills Hands-on Experience With:

- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)

Preferred Experience With:

- Analytical method development and validation
- Method transfer activities
- Stability testing
- GLP/GMP documentation practices
- Calibration and qualification of analytical instruments

Educational Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry preferred) OR
- M.Pharm

Experience

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Analytical R&D.;
- Experience in Nutrition, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, API, Pharmaceutical, or Formulation industries preferred.
