? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Q-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our business across leading quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Q-commerce operations, sales growth, inventory planning, platform management, promotions, and performance analytics. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, improving availability and visibility, managing platform relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across dark stores.

? Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Q-commerce business performance across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other platforms.

Drive GMV, revenue, orders, profitability, ROAS and overall category growth.

Manage relationships with platform KAMs and negotiate visibility, promotions, assortment and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute monthly/quarterly growth plans for Q-commerce channels.

Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, visibility initiatives and platform activations.

Monitor SKU-level sales, stock movement, availability, fill rates and conversion to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure optimum inventory availability across dark stores and coordinate closely with warehouse, supply chain and operations teams.

Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and optimize assortment, pricing and inventory allocation.

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, assortment and visibility to identify market opportunities.

Ensure accurate and updated catalogue, pricing, images, content and product listings across platforms.

Analyse platform dashboards and prepare regular MIS, business reviews and performance reports.

Track key KPIs including GMV, AOV, ROAS, CAC, fill rate, OOS %, conversion, contribution margin and inventory turns.





Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve sales and customer experience.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless Q-commerce operations.

Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Drive new product launches and ensure successful onboarding across Q-commerce platforms.

Lead and mentor the Q-commerce team, ensuring clear targets, accountability and execution.

Take ownership of platform escalations and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.

? Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar Q-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of dark store operations and Q-commerce ecosystem.

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of sales, inventory, pricing and promotional management.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis.

Strong understanding of ROAS, GMV, contribution margins and channel profitability.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience managing or mentoring a team will be preferred.

? Desired Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience in Q-Commerce / E-Commerce.

Proven experience in managing and growing business on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or similar platforms.

Candidates with experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Consumer Products or D2C brands will be preferred.

Should be comfortable working with large datasets and making business decisions based on numbers.

Robust commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales and business growth.
