Hiring: Academic Director — Law | Kingston Law College | Kolkata
nKingston Law College — the largest BCI-affiliated law college in Eastern India, with 2,200+ students across all its disciplines — is hiring an Academic Director to lead academic quality and institutional growth. Kingston Law College operates on Kingston Educational Institute’s 28-acre integrated campus in Barasat, Kolkata.
n We’re looking for a senior legal academic leader who can own:
nNAAC accreditation — end-to-end SSR leadership, IQAC systems, and continuous compliance readiness
n
nBCI compliance — affiliation renewals, provisional approvals, and regulatory
ncorrespondence
n
nAcademic administration at scale — governance across 2,200+ students in
nLL.B., integrated law, and PG programs
n
nAcademic audit — structured, recurring institutional audit frameworks including clinical legal education compliance
n
nTeacher mentoring — faculty development, legal research culture, and academic leadership pipelines
n
nInstitutional building — recent program approvals, bar association and judiciary partnerships
n
n What you bring:
n✔ 12+ years in legal academic administration with hands-on NAAC/BCI compliance leadership
n
n✔ Ph.D. in Law with a track record as IQAC Coordinator / Principal / Academic Director or equivalent
n
n✔ Experience managing large-scale academic operations
n
