Desired Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in Business Development for Hydro, PSP, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure projects.
Experience in market intelligence, client engagement, bid coordination, and chance tracking.
Ability to support business acquisition activities and independently handle assigned client accounts.

Key Clients The candidate should have robust professional relationships and experience of working with leading clients such as:
Developers of Hydro Power Business/ PSUs/Central and State Govt. involved in Hydro and PSP development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in Hydro, Pumped Storage, Dam, Tunnel, Underground Works, and related infrastructure sectors.
Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with key clients, consultants, government authorities, and industry stakeholders.
Independently represent the organization during client meetings,



technical discussions, business negotiations, and project pursuits.
Develop account strategies for key customers and ensure sustained engagement with decision-makers.
Track upcoming projects, government initiatives, policy developments, and market intelligence to build a healthy business pipeline.
Coordinate with Tendering, Estimation, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project teams during bid preparation and submission.
Drive bid qualification strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to maximize order wins.
Prepare periodic business forecasts, market analysis, competitor intelligence, and management reports.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, client interactions, and business networking events.
