KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
Review and manage compliance of subcontract documentation, insurance requirements, and bonds
Manage Branch office vendors and supplies
Prepare customer billings for all jobs and follow-up with collections
Experience running certified payroll
Processes and records billing information in accordance with Company procedure
Electronically reviews and updates weekly production reports
Facilitates recent employee orientation by preparing paperwork packets, processing required documentation, and submitting completed paperwork and documentation in accordance with Company procedure as requi
