Ideal Sushi Supply started in 2017 as the distribution wing of our affiliated Momiji Sushi Bar and Restaurants, which are located all around Oregon. Since then, we have branched out and now proudly serve a vast number of restaurants in our community.

Position Summary




The Picker Packer is responsible for pulling items that have been ordered from a list and packing them together for shipment or delivery. They make sure all items are accounted for per order, in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in receiving and checking in, and signing off on incoming and outgoing products
Keeps products separated, organized and in valuable rotation
Communicates with the Inventory, Sales and Purchasing departments regarding low or excess stock items as needed
Performs quality control checks on stored inventory that does not meet company standards and reports those issues appropriately
Reads and understands purchase orders and invoices
Reports discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, or damaged items
Creates and updates databases and records or other data as needed
Provides logistical support to warehouse staff and operations
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Assists colleagues whenever there is an chance to
