Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for cost estimation, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, sound knowledge of construction materials and methods, and the ability to prepare accurate cost reports and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, structural, and MEP works.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for various projects.
- Evaluate and verify contractor bills, variations, and claims.
- Prepare and update project cost reports and assist in project budgeting.
- Analyze material and labor requirements to determine cost efficiency.
- Liaise with the project and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in value engineering and cost control measures.
- Maintain records of all project cost data, drawings, and documentation.




- Provide inputs during tender evaluation and negotiation processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
- Exposure to contract management and cost control.
- Knowledge of local market rates and material sourcing.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
