Job Title: Quantity / Billing Engineer

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai , Masjid Bandar

Job Responsibilities Prepare and verify BOQ, Quantity Take-off and Estimates as per drawings and specifications.

Prepare and verify Contractor Bills / RA Bills and client billing.

Check site measurements and ensure accurate quantity calculations.

Prepare Rate Analysis, Measurement Sheets and Billing Statements.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and Project Teams.

Monitor actual quantities against BOQ and project requirements.

Handle Extra Items, Variation Statements and Quantity Reconciliation.

Maintain proper billing and quantity-related documentation.

Ensure billing is prepared as per contract terms, approved drawings and specifications.





Required Skills Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying Billing.

Positive understanding of BOQ, RA Bills, Rate Analysis Quantity Take-off.

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Ability to read and understand Civil/Structural drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Only Degree Holders will be considered.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure / PMC and hands-on experience in Quantity Billing Engineering.
