Role Overview

We are looking for a Qualtrics Consultant with hands-on experience configuring and supporting XM Discover and Engage solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to build category models, configure dashboards, set up engagement surveys, and deliver actionable insights for customer and employee experience programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain XM Discover Connectors to upload and map feedback data from calls, chats, emails, surveys, and social/review sources.
- Build and tune category models, sentiment settings, custom lexicons, and taxonomies in XM Discover Designer.
- Create and manage Studio dashboards using various widgets, custom metrics, and verbatim/metric alerts for business teams.
- Configure Engage employee engagement and pulse survey projects, including question selection, benchmarking, and driver/topic setup.
- Support project, user, and account administration within Designer and Studio (permissions, groups, access levels).
- Assist in troubleshooting data ingestion, categorization accuracy, and dashboard reporting issues.
- Collaborate with architects to implement E2E components (surveys, dashboards, category models)



with minimal input required.
- Support integration activities with HR/CRM systems and validate data mapping accuracy.
- Prepare reports, action-planning summaries, and manager-facing insights from engagement and feedback data.
- Communicate effectively with technical platform owners and business stakeholders in a remote work setup.

Required Skills

- 6-7+ years of relevant experience with hands-on exposure to Qualtrics XM Discover and/or Engage platforms.
- Working knowledge of category model creation, classification, and sentiment tuning in Designer.
- Experience building dashboards, widgets, and custom metrics in Studio.
- Familiarity with employee engagement/pulse survey design and EX metrics (engagement, intent to stay, well-being, inclusion).
- Basic understanding of API-based integrations and data mapping between Qualtrics and third-party platforms.
- Valuable analytical skills to interpret NLU-driven attributes (topic, intent, emotion, sentiment) and translate them into business insights.
- Strong communication skills to work independently with distributed, remote teams.
- Qualtrics certification (Designer/Architect track) is a plus.
