Quality & Operations Lead – Food Production / Central Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced Quality & Operations Lead to manage Food Safety, Quality and operational excellence in a high-volume food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Quality Assurance & Food Safety operations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP & ISO 22000.
- Manage quality systems across raw material, production, packing, dispatch and distribution.
- Develop SOPs, conduct audits and drive RCA/CAPA.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, food safety and product quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Stores & Distribution.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and process improvement.
- Improve productivity, reduce waste and support cost optimization.
- Lead training and build a strong food-safety culture.




- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.

Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of experience in Food Quality, Food Safety and/or Food Operations.
- Experience in Central Kitchens, Institutional Catering, Airline Catering, Hospital Catering, Mid-Day Meal Programs, QSR or Food Manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP & GHP.
- Experience with audits, SOPs, RCA/CAPA and food-safety systems.
- Exposure to high-volume food production and central kitchen operations.
- Strong team handling and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma / HACCP / ISO 22000 / TPM / Supply Chain certifications. Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
