As NRICH continues to expand its water and soft beverage manufacturing operations, we are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our QA/QC systems across manufacturing units.

Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Quality Manager to oversee end-to-end quality assurance and quality control across our water and soft beverage production lines.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Warangal, Telangana.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in beverage/FMCG manufacturing, food safety standards, laboratory testing, and plant-level quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end QA/QC activities for water and soft beverage production lines
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, BIS, and food safety standards
- Establish and monitor laboratory testing protocols and procedures
- Conduct batch quality checks and ensure product quality at every stage
- Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external quality audits
- Monitor vendor and raw material quality standards




- Implement and maintain plant-level quality management systems
- Identify quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Lead, manage, and train the on-floor quality team
- Ensure consistent quality and safety standards across manufacturing operations

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in Quality Management / QA-QC within water, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing
- Freshers, please do not apply
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BIS, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and batch quality checks
- Practical knowledge of plant-level quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Warangal, Telangana preferred
