Qualification: Diploma / BE in (Electrical / Mechanical)

Location: Chakan (Pune)

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with organizational requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant management systems.

Plan and conduct internal audits, process audits, and system audits across departments.

Coordinate and support external certification audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.

Monitor non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.

Maintain IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records.

Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to enhance system effectiveness.

Track quality, environmental, and safety objectives and ensure achievement of IMS KPIs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
