Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements.

- Drive customer complaint resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, CAPA, and corrective actions.

- Monitor quality KPIs, rejection rates, customer PPM, and supplier performance.

- Ensure Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities are effectively executed.

- Lead internal, customer, and certification audits.

- Implement quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and Maintenance teams for process improvements.





- Develop supplier quality systems and conduct supplier audits.

- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team while fostering a quality culture across the organization

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related Engineering discipline.

- 12 TO 15 years of experience in manufacturing quality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and CAPA.

- Experience in precision engineering, tooling, machining, or automotive component manufacturing preferred
