Responsibilities :-
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
- Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions.
- Routine testing and customer inspection of MV Panels
- Maintaining records of all projects, NC and process checks
- Analysis of customer NC and feedback with countermeasure implementation
- Trouble shooting and commissioning of MV Panels at sit.
- Product/process quality and 5S/3M/7 QC tools
