- Conduct inspection of moulded components/products as per quality standards and specifications.

- Monitor quality at different stages of the production process.

- Check product dimensions, appearance, and other quality parameters.

- Identify and report defects, rejection, and quality issues.

- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related problems.

- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

- Monitor rejection and rework and support corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and work instructions.

- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as required.

- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality issues.

- Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming products.

- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities in the production area.

- Follow company safety and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹16,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
