QUALITY ENGINEER – MACHINING INDUSTRYJob Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Inspection in a CNC/VMC/VTL machining industry. Freshers may also be considered for junior positions.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawing, GD&T;, tolerances and surface finish.
- Experience in CNC/VMC/VTL component inspection and process quality control.
- Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge and Thread Gauges.
- Ability to identify machining defects and perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA and basic quality documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality requirements is preferred.
- Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan,



MSA and CMM will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to prepare inspection reports, dimensional reports and rejection reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills with Production and Quality teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Willingness to work in a production/machining environment.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience Experience in Valve, Pump, Automotive, Aerospace or Precision Machining components will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
