Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure that luggage products meet defined quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished luggage products.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Monitor product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and workmanship.
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct process and final inspections as per quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Stores teams to resolve quality issues.




- Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety standards.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Quality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in luggage, bags, plastics, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Understanding of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
