About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data within a large enterprise data ecosystem.

As organizations increasingly migrate to cloud-based platforms and modernize their data infrastructure, your expertise will support these initiatives by implementing robust data validation and testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality data standards, enabling informed decision-making and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data quality assurance, with proficiency in SQL, database validation, and ETL processes. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with large datasets and data pipelines is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with data profiling, root cause analysis, and automated testing frameworks. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is typically required.

Certifications related to data management, quality assurance, or cloud platforms such as Azure or Hadoop are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive data validation and testing strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and pipelines.
- Identify, diagnose,



and resolve data quality issues within complex data workflows, including ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
- Validate data ingestion processes from various sources such as SQL Server, DB2, and flat files, ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer.
- Partner with Data Engineers and other technical teams to design and deploy automated testing and monitoring solutions that proactively detect data anomalies.
- Create and maintain documentation of data quality standards, testing procedures, and issue resolution protocols.
- Support cloud-based data modernization efforts by ensuring data integrity during migration and transformation activities.
- Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting data quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality processes and tools, aligning with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
