- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished wooden products to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Supervise production processes such as cutting, edge banding, polishing, and assembly to maintain quality consistency.

- Perform dimensional checks, strength tests, and finishing quality verification.

- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and non‑conformance logs in company software and Excel.

- Ensure incoming materials from vendors meet specifications; coordinate for corrective actions when required.

- Work with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

- Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of wooden manufacturing processes (cutting, edge banding, lamination, finishing).





- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and company software for QA/QC documentation.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Valuable communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors.

- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within furniture or wooden manufacturing units.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
