Role :

- Support the in house Tools Enablement team in managing user queries and coordination between business and technical teams. The role is hands on and requires strong analytical thinking, proficiency in Excel, and effective communication skills.
- Work with Excel to analyze data across multiple reports/tools; use formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.
- Investigate and respond to user reported issues or data related queries with clarity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the technical (CIO) team to ensure reported issues are understood and resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform testing for reported bugs and validate fixes delivered by the technical team.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and tool enhancements.
- Document test results and provide feedback to improve tool usability and performance.
- Maintain CR backlogs, test results,



and user communications as part of team documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in in house tools and processes.

Skill requirement :

- Valuable Interpersonal, Written and Spoken Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
- Basic understanding of tool testing and software lifecycle (preferred but can be trained)
- Systemic view of Tools, Automation & workflow landscape to actively support in Tooling initiatives across functions, that is currently in a critical stage of design and upcoming implementation
