Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tester to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.




- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
