nWe are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, backend system design, and Data Structures & Algorithms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, building scalable systems, and solving complex engineering problems.
nKey Responsibilities
nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
nBuild and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices
nWork on system design for large-scale distributed applications
nEnsure code quality, performance, and security best practices
nCollaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams
nParticipate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
nDebug production issues and optimize system performance
nRequired Skills
n3+ years of backend development experience




nStrong hands-on experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred)
nSolid understanding of backend system design & architecture
nStrong Experience in PHP
nStrong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
nExperience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
nKnowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
nFamiliarity with caching (Redis) and message queues is a plus
nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a bonus
nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills
nGood to Have
nExperience with microservices architecture
nKnowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
nExposure to CI/CD pipelines
nExperience in high-scale or product-based companies.
