- Structural Design: Develop detailed structural designs for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
- Analysis and Calculations: Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.
- Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and standards to ensure designs comply with all relevant requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction teams.
- Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials for construction based on structural requirements and cost considerations.
- Quality Assurance:



Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Site checking/inspection/approvals regarding concrete mix.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design issues and challenges during the construction phase.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, calculations, and revisions.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g. ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective Communication skills along with valuable site interaction and knowledge
