n Role Overview
nThis is a specialized, strategic Business Development role focused on securing critical payment infrastructure in India .
nWe need a well-connected fintech dealmaker who possesses a deep understanding of the Indian payment ecosystem. You must have a proven track record of acquiring Native Intent UPI payment flows , hands-on experience securing P2P / P2C payment solutions , direct relationships with acquiring banks and licensed PG, and experience handling local Private Limited company setups.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Payment Infrastructure Acquisition & Banking Partnerships

- n
- Native Intent & Alternative Rails: Negotiate and secure high-converting Native Intent UPI solutions, direct acquiring channels, and P2P / P2C payment solutions with Indian PSPs, banks, and payment institutions.n




- High-Risk Channel Optimization: Onboard and maintain reliable processing rails capable of handling high-volume, high-risk merchant traffic (Gaming, Forex, Crypto, Social).n
- Commercial Structuring: Negotiate processing rates, settlement timelines, rolling reserves, and revenue-sharing models tailored for high-risk payment routing.n

n2. Corporate Entity Setup & Local Operations

- Private Limited Management: Execute end-to-end setups of local Private Limited entities in India to facilitate smooth merchant settlements and corporate banking operations.n
- Banking Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local commercial banks to secure reliable corporate accounts, nodal structures, and settlement facilities.n
