- Meeting Customers – Rigid Packaging customers PAN Indian
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.n
- Entire Process from Inquiry to Execution of Orders in SAP.n
- Co-ordination & Follow up with Italy for orders.n
- Costing & Calculations of Offers and Shipments, maintaining profitability.n
- Systemized follow-up with customers for open offers and its status.n
- Giving periodic update and information to Customers regarding their Order status & delivery.n
- Timely review on the payment terms and revise credit period wherever required after consulting with HOD.n
- Follow up on payments and highlighting on long outstanding and unresolved queries.n
- Receiving / Dispatching and subsequent follow up of Material in the absence of Warehouse supervisor.n
