Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead to manage a team of accountants and own financial reporting for our client portfolio across industries. If you're strong on MIS reporting, comfortable leading a team, and enjoy being a client's go-to person on financial matters, we'd love to talk.
nWhat you'll own:
n? MIS & Financial Reporting
n

- Prepare and finalize MIS reports (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) for clients across industriesn
- Drive month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and performance analysisn
- Review variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and key financial metrics for clientsn

n? Client Management

- Be the primary point of contact for clients on financial mattersn
- Provide strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performancen
- Partner with client teams to tailor accounting services to their needsn

n? Team Leadership

- Manage, mentor,



and develop a team of accountants and analystsn
- Allocate resources across multiple clients and deadlinesn
- Run performance reviews and build a collaborative team culturen

- Oversee financial software implementation (Tally, Zoho, etc.)n
- Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiencyn

nWhat we're looking for:

- n
- Bachelor's in Accounting; CA-Inter qualified or highern
- 2–4 years in accounting/financial managementn
- Strong grasp of accounting, direct & indirect tax, and compliancen
- Hands-on with financial software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)n
- Solid leadership, communication, and multi-client management skillsn
