In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

nResponsibilities

- Manning of shift crewn
- Follow up pending work of previous shiftn
- Ensure no any leakages like water, Air, steam ,oil if found take immediate action to rectificationn
- Assist head utility for various jobs as required time to time FOR Utility area.n
- Control coal unburnt at boiler and watch water parameter ,knowledge of water chemistry regardingn
- DM plant/Boiler/CT/drinkingn
- Routine monitoring of Compressor, Chiller, Hot water areas, Cooling Tower pumps ,n
- Boilers, coal plant, trench & TCU's etc.n
- Mention all shift activity in log book clearlyn
- Shift end report to seniorsn

nSafety & house keeping

- Insuring safe work at work place every timen
- Compliance of safety audit findingn




- Ensure positive housekeeping as per given responsibility in the KRAn

- Avoid process scrap due to Utility reasons.n

- Implementation of all Energy and water conservation Programs in shift.n
- Review of Break Downs with corrective actions in shift.n

- Maintaining of all Utility Services in shiftn
