Role Overview nWe are looking for a Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive who can drive student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination . The ideal candidate has experience in placements, recruitment, or career services , preferably within an education or training institute .

Key Responsibilities n
- n
- Build and manage strong relationships with recruiters, agencies, startups, and corporates hiring digital marketing talentn
- Coordinate job placements, interviews, and recruitment drives (online & offline)n
- Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance n




- Match student skills with relevant roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager n
- Track placement status, offers, CTCs, and joining confirmationsn
- Maintain a database of employers, student profiles, and placement metrics n
- Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student job readinessn
- Support franchise centers (if applicable) with placement strategies and hiring connectionsn
