Overview:
To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters.

Responsibilities:
Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff
Lead a crew of painters
Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as required
Ensure the painting crew acts in a qualified manner
Communicate with the customer,



office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner
Ensure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process.

Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must
Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
Experience coaching a crew
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor
Ability to independently solve problems
Great time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary
Exceptional customer service skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
