Role: Senior Executive - Maintenance

Work Experience: 2-4 years

Role and Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Validation of technical requirements related to HVAC, electrical, Civil, plumbing for the retail stores
/n
- Tracking of all budgets and expenses related to maintenance team
/n
- Tracking of electricity consumption at stores and identification of saving potentials
/n
- Coordination with store teams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvals
/n
- Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the department
/n
- Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store team
/n
- IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivity
/n




- Help in budget creation for the maintenance team
/n
- MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance team
/n
- Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the store
/n
- Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement team
/n

/n

Top KPI's (Ideally Measurable) for this role are

/n
- Timely renewals of all the AMCs, timely closer of all invoices and PO
/n
- Budget tracking and monthly MIS
/n
- IOT network connectivity and whitelisting part.
