Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager for adhesive and adhesive tapes will oversee all quality control and quality assurance activities at the Hyderabad manufacturing site in a full-time, on-site position. The role involves establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products, including adhesives and various tape formats.

The manager will design and monitor testing protocols, review analytical and production data, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant industry standards. Daily responsibilities include leading quality inspections, managing non-conformance investigations, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to improve processes. The role also includes training and mentoring quality staff,



preparing documentation and audit reports, and supporting customer quality requirements and certifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015, and experience in developing and implementing quality policies, SOPs, and audit processes.
- Candidates should possess expertise in adhesive and adhesive tape testing methods, material characterization, and use of laboratory equipment for mechanical, thermal, and performance evaluation.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and corrective/preventive action planning.
- Candidates should possess experience collaborating with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and defect reduction.
- Candidates should possess robust documentation and reporting skills, including preparation of quality reports, test records, and customer-facing quality documentation.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, including training, performance management, and fostering a culture of quality and safety.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with customers, suppliers, and auditors on quality-related matters.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related technical discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are
