We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical professional to join our Teleradiology / dAIx QA Team as a Clinical Quality Assistant Manager.

? Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

? Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage day-to-day QA operations and guide the QA team.
- Monitor radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews.
- Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance.




- Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management review.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management, or Healthcare Analytics
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare management field is preferred
- Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), quality improvement, or healthcare quality management is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret QA metrics, KPIs, discrepancy trends, and TAT performance
- Experience in preparing dashboards, reports, and quality insights
- Solid communication, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and technology teams

? Preferred Profile

- Healthcare QA experience with strong analytics exposure
- Experience in radiology or teleradiology quality processes is an added advantage
- Exposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantage
