Quality Analyst Sales & Lead Quality

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to monitor sales calls and leads, ensure process adherence, and improve the overall quality of customer interactions and lead handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and audit sales/tele-calling calls for quality, communication, pitch, and customer handling.
- Evaluate lead quality, follow-ups, response time, and CRM updates.
- Identify gaps in call handling and lead management and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and performance insights.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to address recurring quality and process issues.
- Ensure adherence to company calling and sales processes.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analysis, Call Quality, Tele-calling QA, Sales Auditing, or similar roles.
- Real estate/sales industry experience preferred.
- Solid communication, listening, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
