We are looking for a Quality Analyst who goes beyond identifying gaps — someone who can coach, train and enable people to perform better.
If you have worked in Quality and have a strong interest or experience in Training & Coaching, this role could be a excellent fit.
? What You’ll Do
Quality & Process
- Conduct quality audits and identify performance/process gaps
- Apply quality terminologies, audit methodologies and quality parameters
- Conduct RCA and identify the root cause behind performance gaps
- Track quality trends and identify recurring issues
- Participate in calibration sessions and drive consistency in quality evaluation
- Share actionable feedback with employees and business teams
Training & Coaching
- Act as a Trainer/Coach for Dealers, RMs and frontline teams
- Act as a Trainer for Product & Skill Based Trainings
- Prepare and deliver training modules, presentations, activities and assessments
- Coach employees through role plays, case studies and practical scenarios
- Conduct refresher and need-based training based on Quality & TNI insights
- Develop training material, SOPs, knowledge content and learning aids
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and application
