Role Description This full-time, on-site QC Engineer role is based at the Noida facility and focuses on maintaining and improving product quality within the manufacturing process. The QC Engineer will perform routine inspections and testing of components and finished products, monitor production lines for adherence to quality standards, and document quality metrics and non-conformities.

The role involves analyzing test data, identifying root causes of defects, and collaborating with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The QC Engineer will update and maintain quality control procedures, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.



Regular communication with cross-functional teams is required to ensure alignment with company quality objectives and regulatory or customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards.
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and performing root cause analysis.
- Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and documentation of findings.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in electrical/electronic production environments and basic knowledge of industry quality tools (e.g., SPC, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis).
- Ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced production setting, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ISO standards or similar quality frameworks and working knowledge of MS Office or quality-related software is an advantage.
