Summary Job Functions:

- Review of DRS, Documents and data related raw material, packing material and consumable material, reagent & volumetric (LIMS) and water analysis.
- Responsible for management of all activities related to sampling, analysis and release of raw material, packaging material and consumable material analysis along with physicochemical analysis of water.
- To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, NCR, Change Control (QEdge) and Deviation
- Preparation, review and revision

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, review and revision of documents as and when required
- Planning, scheduling and follow-up of analysis in RM/PM section. To impart training on different tests to current employees and student trainees in QEdge TMS
- To verify calibration/ verification/ qualification/ cleaning/ monitoring activities of various QC instruments/ equipment’s as per schedule.
- Execution of gap analysis of QC system and effective implementation of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
