Key Responsibilities: 1)Conduct inspection of packaging materials such as jars, caps, labels, cartons, scoops and induction wads. 2)Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks during packaging. 3)Check fill weight, sealing, cap fitting, label placement, coding/printing and packing quality. 4)Verify product labels, batch number, MFG/EXP date, MRP, barcode and other statutory details. 5)Identify, segregate and document defective/rejected packaging materials and products. 6)Maintain QC records, batch documents, inspection reports and rejection records. 7)Coordinate with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
