Role Description
Own the brand's social media presence - Instagram content, posting, stories, inbox management
Lead influencer marketing end-to-end - outreach, daily coordination, current partnerships
Manage LinkedIn content strategy for the founder




Take branding & UGC meetings with agencies and freelancers
Coordinate with our performance marketing team on Meta ad creatives, video analysis & inventory sync
Handle all external brand communication
Own hiring for the creative team — shortlisting, interviews, candidate tracking
Source and manage agencies/freelancers for product shoots

Qualifications
1+ years in content, social media, or brand marketing — D2C / fashion / lifestyle preferred
End-to-end influencer marketing experience
Strong grip on Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Canva
Can lead independently - manage interns, coordinate across teams
Comfortable with hiring responsibilities
