Role Overview

The Technical Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers with product- and technology-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality support experience. This role is well-suited for individuals with robust analytical skills and a foundational understanding of technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot product, application, or software-related issues
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner
Log, monitor, and update cases using ticketing or helpdesk systems
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering or product teams as required
Provide customers with product usage guidance and recommended best practices
Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining support quality standards

Requirements

Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of technical and software concepts
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities




Explicit verbal and written communication with high patience levels
Ability to simplify and explain technical information to non-technical users
Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred
Freshers with a robust interest in technology are encouraged to apply
Comfortable engaging with customers and handling support interactions
