QA Lead

Location: Bangalore Only

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme.
- Lead functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
- Implement REST API automation.
- Implement integration testing.
- Establish and maintain API contract testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement effective quality gates.
- Drive automation coverage.
- Drive defect governance.
- Manage release-readiness evidence.
- Manage test execution and quality reporting.
- Support .NET/React applications and industrial/IoT platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong QA strategy experience.
- Robust test leadership experience.
- Strong enterprise application testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent automation frameworks.




- Strong REST API automation experience.
- Strong integration-testing experience.
- Experience with contract testing.
- Experience with CI/CD quality gates.
- Strong test automation coverage experience.
- Strong defect governance experience.
- Strong release-readiness experience.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and reliability testing.
