Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA Analyst role based in Delhi, India. The QA Analyst will design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of platform features.
Responsibilities include performing quality assurance and quality control checks, identifying defects, documenting issues clearly, and collaborating with product, development, and support teams to resolve them. The role involves analyzing requirements, ensuring test coverage, participating in review meetings,
and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards. The QA Analyst will also help track quality metrics and support release planning to maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and analyze defects.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to ensure product reliability, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing and Test Cases skills to design, execute, and maintain effective test scenarios and test suites.
- Experience with defect tracking tools, test management systems, and collaboration platforms is beneficial.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile or Scrum) and release processes is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
