Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Full Stack Trainer role based in Bhopal. The trainer will deliver classroom-based training on Python programming, web development frameworks, databases, and full stack concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, conducting interactive sessions, guiding learners through practical projects, and assessing performance through assignments and tests.
The role involves creating and updating training materials, providing individual mentoring to help learners build job-ready skills, and coordinating with the training center team to maintain high-quality learning outcomes. The trainer is also expected to stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into teaching to enhance employability of learners.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries, with the ability to explain concepts from basic to advanced levels.
- Hands-on experience in full stack web development, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (such as Django or Flask), plus REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control tools (e.g., Git), and software development best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners, preferably in technical or IT-related programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt explanations to wide-ranging learning levels.
- Strong classroom management, planning, and documentation skills, including preparation of lesson plans and learning materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or web development are an advantage.
- Commitment to learner success, willingness to support youth from diverse and disadvantaged communities, and readiness to work on-site in Bhopal.
- ● Must be proficient in Adv. Excel, Power BI, Python and adv Python libraries such as Numpy. Matplotlib, Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn,SQL-MySQL, Data Analysis,basic statistical knowledge. ● Experience in training in Data Analysis ● Should have worked in as Data Analyst ● Must have good analysis or problem-solving skills ● Must have good communication and delivery skills ● Good Knowledge of Database (SQL, MySQL) ● Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Flask, Core Java
