Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with exposure to Generative AI and Machine Learning to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development experience along with hands-on exposure to GenAI applications, prompt testing, model evaluation, and model drift monitoring.

The candidate will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and application teams to develop, integrate, test, and monitor AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python.
- Build and integrate Generative AI/LLM-based solutions into business applications.
- Design and execute prompt testing and evaluation to assess response quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Perform model testing and validation across different datasets and use cases.
- Monitor AI/ML models for performance degradation and model drift.
- Define and track relevant metrics for model and GenAI performance.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of AI-powered applications.




- Work with APIs and SDKs for integrating LLMs and AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve AI model outputs.
- Develop scripts and automation frameworks using Python for model and prompt evaluation.
- Document test scenarios, evaluation results, model performance, and improvement recommendations.
- Stay updated with emerging GenAI, LLM, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.

Mandatory Skills

- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing APIs/services.
- Exposure to Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on exposure to Prompt Testing / Prompt Evaluation.
- Exposure to AI/ML Model Testing and Evaluation.
- Understanding of Model Drift / Data Drift / Concept Drift.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Valuable understanding of software development and testing practices.
- Experience with Git/version control.
