- MS Office Knowledge, Should have good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Should be able to read, understand, write, and respond to emails professionally.
- Regularly update Google Sheets with sales orders, customer details, stock availability, dispatch details, and sales status.

- Communicate with customers regarding orders, quotations, delivery schedules, stock availability, invoices, and other sales-related matters.
