CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong hardware knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, monitor, and software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, monitor, printer, and hardware issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.

Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

Diagnose hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.

Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Perform hardware replacement, basic maintenance, and system upgrades.





Provide timely technical support to end users and resolve tickets within SLA.

Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills

Solid hardware troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory.

Valuable knowledge of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

Valuable Windows troubleshooting skills.

Basic knowledge of LAN/network troubleshooting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
