The Test Lead for ATIES is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end test strategy for a data product, ensuring all changes are planned, executed, and evidenced in line with Group Test Strategy. The role oversees test planning, execution, data validation, and governance, providing quality assurance sign-off for releases while ensuring audit readiness, traceability, and protected production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and govern the ATIES test strategy aligned with platform and Group standards.
Own test planning for releases, including coverage, risk assessment, workplace readiness, and test data preparation.
Oversee test execution across functional, API, data, and performance testing, along with defect management.
Ensure robust data product testing, including data quality, reconciliation, and lineage validation.
Provide quality sign-off for releases with audit-ready evidence and complete traceability.
Drive tooling and automation adoption, including Xray and CI/CD integration.
