Roles and Responsibility
Resolve SFDC functions related issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
Educate internal and field teams on training requirements and address BRE level issues.
Continuously observe and resolve field team issues, raising regular IT requests.
Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify changes and attend bi-weekly meetings.
Develop solutions to repetitive problems and submit BRD.
Interact with field teams to identify exact issues and provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements
Graduate or equivalent degree.
At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry, preferably in system support.
Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to agile work timings.
Robust understanding of transactional activities and end-to-end project implementation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT and Product teams.
