Key Responsibilities Training Program Development and Execution • Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various technology stacks and certification requirements related to Data Engineering.
Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, evaluations/assessments, and webinars. Collaboration with Teams • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their specific training and certification needs.
Partner with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and propose tailored learning solutions. Coordination with Learning and Development (L&D;) • Work with the L&D; team to consolidate, track, and maintain all training materials, resources, and documentation.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination for training schedules, certification programs, and evaluations/assessments.

Certification Support • Develop and manage certification pathways for employees,



providing guidance and resources to help them achieve certifications.
Track, assess and report on employee progress and certification success rates.

Tracking and Reporting • Maintain detailed records of training participation, content utilization, assessment scores, and program outcomes.
Provide regular feedback and reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Continuous

Improvement • Stay updated on emerging trends in data management, cloud platforms, and certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric, etc.).
Suggest and implement improvements to training delivery methods and content based on feedback and industry developments.

Key Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science with 10+ Years Experience.
Proven experience in training, knowledge sharing, or skill development, particularly in technology or data-related fields.
