Job Profile: Purchase & Store Executive (Brief – Suitable for Indeed Posting)

Position: Purchase & Store Executive Location: Pune (BR Instrumentation & Controls) Experience: 2–4 years in industrial procurement & stores management

Role Summary

Responsible for end‑to‑end purchase operations, vendor coordination, inventory control, and maintaining accurate store records to ensure smooth production and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise purchase enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Maintain GRN, inward/outward register, stock ledger, and daily inventory reports.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and plan replenishment.
- Verify bills, delivery challans, and support accounts for invoice processing.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Work closely with production team for material planning and dispatch.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO standards.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of industrial components, flow meter parts, and electrical/mechanical items.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally (preferred).
- Good communication and record‑keeping ability.
- Understanding of inventory control methods (FIFO, reorder levels, etc.)

Qualification

- Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Salary Range ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹10,876.09 - ₹35,000.00 per month
