Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage the Company's procurement activities, including pest-control chemicals, equipment, PPE, consumables, and other operational requirements.

Job Skills :

-

- Robust negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Purchase Management Systems. Strong follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.

- Source and procure pest-control chemicals, equipment, PPE, tools, and consumables.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements,



and negotiate prices and commercial terms.

- Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to branches.

- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages, overstocking, expiry, and wastage.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for chemical and material purchases.

- Coordinate with Operations, Stores, Accounts, Branches, and vendors.

- Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and vendor performance reports.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
